The affairs of the Foundation are managed by the Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of those who have been involved in Chatham Christian Schools for years. They have been students, board & committee members, parents of students, or in some way have been a supporter of the School society. They are committed to the cause of Christian education and desire the opportunity of this blessing for as many families as possible.

CDCEF is a registered charitable organization, federally incorporated subject to the Charities Accounting Act and the Charitable Gifts Act. Its objects are to maintain endowment funds and to apply from time to time the income therefrom for Calvin Christian School Society which operates Chatham Christian School and Chatham Christian High School.
